| BOSTON —
Julia Hite Weiss-Curry entered the world at 1:31 PM on July 1, 2000, to
the great delight of her parents, Kelley Curry and Josh Weiss. Equally
thrilled were those who met Julia during her first few hours, including
paternal grandparents Nancy and Jerry Weiss, maternal grandparents Ann
and Jim Curry, and uncle Nick Curry. Despite a birth that did not go
entirely according to plan and an episode of apnea an hour after he
birth that landed her in the Special Care unit for 48 hours, she was
pronounced in perfect health. The saga began
