The winner was the person who guessed the sex correctly and was closest to the date of birth, and in the case of a tie, was closest to the correct weight. But all that tie-breaking was unnecessary, since one entrant hit it on the nose, guessing the date, sex, and weight exactly. And the winner is...

Statistics:
There were 53 guesses. Of those, 49% predicted Deeder will be a boy, 51% said a girl. 30% of you thought Deeder will be born on or before June 29, the other 70% guessed after the due date, although no one guessed more than 9 days late. The average weight guessed was 7 lbs, 9 oz. These results are in line with baby averages these days (although of course Deeder will be no average baby!): 51.4% of newborns are boys, only 30-35% of babies are born by their due date, and the average newborn weight is 7 lbs, 8 oz.
